Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use AdShow accounts, wallet funding, payment flows, ad account services, order fulfillment, and support channels.
This page is provided for transparency and should be read alongside the AdShow Privacy Policy. It is not legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdShow, including our website, dashboard, wallet, ad account service catalog, order workflows, fulfillment support, and related communications.
By creating an account, funding a wallet, placing an order, requesting support, or otherwise using AdShow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use AdShow.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted or otherwise made available. Your continued use of AdShow after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.
You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if any account information becomes inaccurate.
You may not use another user's account, share access in a way that bypasses our controls, or create an account for a person or business that you are not authorized to represent.
3. Verification and compliance
AdShow may request verification documents, business information, identity details for authorized representatives, proof of source of funds, payment evidence, campaign context, or other information needed to evaluate account, transaction, or service risk.
You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable time may result in delayed orders, rejected wallet top-ups, account suspension, termination, or fund holds where permitted by law.
You represent that you and any party you act for are not subject to sanctions, are not located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory, and will not use AdShow for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, platform abuse, or other unlawful activity.
4. Ad account services
AdShow provides access to ad account services for supported advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, Outbrain, and other platforms we may support over time.
You are responsible for the advertising content, landing pages, offers, URLs, targeting, claims, and campaigns you run using any account or service delivered through AdShow.
You must follow the policies, terms, and decisions of each third-party advertising platform. AdShow does not control whether a third-party platform approves, limits, suspends, disables, or changes an advertising account.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer, or give unauthorized access to ad accounts or AdShow platform access without our prior written permission.
5. Wallet balances
Wallet balances are used to fund eligible purchases and services inside AdShow. You are responsible for reviewing wallet activity, order charges, top-up credits, and transaction history after each funding or purchase event.
If you believe a wallet top-up, credit, debit, order charge, or balance is inaccurate, you must contact [email protected] promptly and provide supporting evidence such as receipts, transaction IDs, screenshots, or blockchain transaction hashes.
AdShow may investigate reported discrepancies and correct confirmed errors within a reasonable time. Delays may occur because of payment processors, blockchain networks, webhook failures, manual compliance review, or third-party platform processing.
6. Payments
AdShow may support fiat payments, cryptocurrency payments, or other funding methods. Available payment methods, fees, limits, timing, and supported currencies may change at any time.
You are responsible for transaction fees, network fees, processor fees, currency conversion costs, and any other fees disclosed before or during a transaction.
A payment is not considered complete until it has been received, matched to your account, cleared by any relevant processor or network, and passed any applicable compliance review.
7. Cryptocurrency payments
If AdShow accepts cryptocurrency payments, those payments may be screened using blockchain analytics, transaction monitoring, and other compliance tools. We may reject, delay, return, or hold a cryptocurrency payment that presents compliance, sanctions, fraud, source-of-funds, or operational risk.
Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible, delayed, underpaid, overpaid, sent on an unsupported network, sent to an incorrect address, or affected by actions outside AdShow's control.
Stablecoin issuers, blockchain networks, wallet providers, payment infrastructure providers, law enforcement, regulators, or other third parties may freeze, blacklist, seize, restrict, delay, reverse, or make funds inaccessible. AdShow is not responsible for losses or delays caused by those third parties.
Where a cryptocurrency refund or return is approved, AdShow may return funds in the original cryptocurrency, another supported cryptocurrency, or fiat currency, using a reasonable exchange rate at the time of processing.
8. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a payment issue, you must contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback, bank dispute, payment reversal, or similar process.
Opening a chargeback or dispute without first engaging AdShow's support process may result in account suspension, order cancellation, wallet hold, termination, or recovery of related costs from any balance we hold for you.
We may freeze wallet balances, orders, or delivered services while a payment dispute, fraud review, chargeback, or compliance investigation is pending.
9. Prohibited activities
You may not use AdShow for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. You may not provide false information, misrepresent your business, cloak or substitute advertising content, interfere with platform security, overload infrastructure, scrape the service without permission, distribute malware, send spam, harass others, or violate third-party advertising platform policies.
You may not use AdShow to promote illegal goods or services, sanctions evasion, financial crime, misleading offers, or content that creates unacceptable operational or platform risk for AdShow.
10. Intellectual property
AdShow and its website, dashboard, software, interface, copy, graphics, workflows, and related materials are owned by AdShow or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use AdShow only for your internal business use and only in the manner permitted by these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from AdShow except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.
11. Disclaimers
AdShow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific advertising results, account longevity, campaign approval, spend levels, profits, revenue, data preservation, or platform decisions by third-party advertising networks.
You are solely responsible for your advertising strategy, offers, campaign performance, compliance with platform policies, and business results.
Third-party advertising platforms, payment processors, blockchain networks, wallet providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services operate independently from AdShow.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdShow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of revenue, data, goodwill, advertising performance, business opportunity, or funds affected by third-party actions.
This includes losses related to payment processors, stablecoin issuers, blockchain networks, wallet providers, advertising platforms, sanctions screening, account restrictions, campaign interruptions, malware, security incidents, or inability to access the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Refunds
A service may be considered delivered when wallet funds are credited, an order is fulfilled, an ad account is delivered, account access is provided, or another agreed service milestone is completed.
Refund eligibility depends on the service, order status, payment method, third-party platform status, compliance review, and whether funds have already been allocated, spent, delivered, or made available for use.
Approved refunds may be reduced by ad spend, processor fees, network fees, chargeback costs, compliance costs, currency conversion costs, or other unrecoverable costs. Refunds may be delayed by third-party processors, blockchain networks, suppliers, or compliance review.
14. Confidential information
Information you provide through AdShow for orders, wallet funding, verification, support, or fulfillment will be handled as confidential business information, except where disclosure is needed to provide the service, comply with law, complete compliance review, protect AdShow, enforce these Terms, or work with relevant third-party providers.
You must keep non-public information you receive from AdShow confidential, including account details, fulfillment information, internal workflows, pricing arrangements, and support instructions.
15. User content
You retain rights in advertising materials, URLs, campaign details, business information, and other content you provide to AdShow.
You grant AdShow a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to provide services, process orders, support your account, perform compliance review, and maintain business records.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and that the content does not violate law, third-party rights, or advertising platform policies.
16. Privacy
Personal information submitted to AdShow is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some records, including account, wallet, transaction, order, fulfillment, and compliance records, may be retained after account closure where needed for legal, accounting, security, dispute, or compliance reasons.
17. Account suspension and fund holds
AdShow may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, delay or cancel an order, reject a top-up, or place a hold on wallet balances where we reasonably believe there is a Terms breach, payment dispute, compliance risk, sanctions risk, fraud risk, platform abuse, unlawful activity, security issue, or lawful request from an authority.
Where a hold applies, AdShow may be unable to disclose details if disclosure would violate law, compromise an investigation, or increase risk. Holds may remain in place for as long as reasonably needed to investigate, comply with law, or protect AdShow and other users.
18. Set-off
AdShow may deduct amounts you owe us from wallet balances, refunds, credits, or other funds we hold for you. Amounts owed may include unpaid service fees, processor fees, chargeback costs, compliance costs, refund costs, damages caused by your breach, or other sums due under these Terms.
19. Electronic communications
You consent to receive notices, agreements, disclosures, invoices, confirmations, security alerts, support messages, and other communications electronically through email, dashboard notifications, or other official AdShow channels.
Your account registration, electronic acceptance, order submission, wallet funding, or continued use of AdShow may be treated as an electronic signature or acceptance where permitted by law.
20. Force majeure
AdShow is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, payment processor issues, blockchain network disruption, stablecoin issuer actions, wallet restrictions, government action, regulatory action, sanctions enforcement, supplier delays, third-party advertising platform actions, labor disruption, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or other extraordinary events.
21. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of AdShow at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for AdShow, fail verification, misuse the service, or if continued service is no longer commercially, legally, or operationally reasonable.
You may stop using AdShow at any time. Account closure does not remove obligations that arose before closure or records we are permitted or required to retain.
22. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission. AdShow may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
23. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms or notices presented through AdShow, form the agreement between you and AdShow for use of the service.
24. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
25. Survival
Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions about payment obligations, compliance cooperation, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy and record retention, fund holds, set-off, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity-style responsibilities, dispute-related obligations, and survival.
26. Contact
