Taboola Dashboard: Login, Billing and Campaign Access
A practical Taboola dashboard checklist for safe login, account permissions, billing reconciliation, conversion reporting and diagnosing clicks that do not become qualified sales.

Use the official Taboola sign-in and verify the domain yourself before entering credentials. Taboola may also refer to its advertiser operating environment as Realize, depending on the account and interface version. Do not use login links from unsolicited emails, direct messages or unexpected support requests. AdShow can provide a route to request and manage Taboola agency account access through its Taboola agency account service, but Taboola still controls platform review, delivery and policy decisions.
Start with identity, not the campaign screen
The Taboola dashboard or Realize is the operating console for campaign setup, delivery controls, reporting, conversion data and billing information. Seeing a dashboard does not prove that an account is healthy, that traffic is suitable for your objective or that a campaign is currently eligible to spend. Treat login as the first checkpoint in an operating process, not as evidence of performance.
Open the official authentication address by typing or bookmarking it rather than following an unsolicited link. Check the domain, certificate warning status and whether the page is using your expected password or approved SSO flow.
Confirm the identity of the user who is signing in. A valid password can still lead to the wrong advertiser, agency workspace, region or account scope.
Record the account ID, campaign ID, date range, reporting timezone, billing mode and conversion definition before opening a support case or comparing screenshots.
If the sign-in succeeds but expected campaigns or billing data are missing, stop changing settings and identify the permission, account-status or object-status layer first.
Use a four-layer login triage
When a Taboola dashboard appears empty, inaccessible or unable to launch a campaign, separate the problem into four layers. This prevents a password reset from being treated as a billing solution or a campaign pause from being mistaken for an account ban.
Authentication layer: Check the official domain, password, multifactor method and SSO identity. If the account uses SSO, confirm that the same corporate identity is being used as the one assigned to Taboola.
User and account permissions: A user may authenticate successfully without having visibility into every advertiser, billing profile, campaign or reporting view. Ask the account administrator to confirm the assigned scope rather than assuming missing objects were deleted.
Billing or account hold: A payment failure, unpaid balance, credit restriction, review state or funding problem can affect delivery even when the interface loads normally. Read the account-specific notice and use the documented support route.
Campaign or object status: A campaign can be paused, rejected, out of schedule, limited by budget or otherwise unable to spend while the account itself remains accessible. Review the campaign’s current status, dates, targeting and approval state.
These are separate failure layers. For example, an account that is active but not spending requires a different investigation from a disabled account. The active-but-not-spending checklist is useful when access works but delivery does not. If the platform explicitly shows a disabled state, use the separate disabled-account troubleshooting path rather than repeatedly editing campaign settings.

Treat billing as a reconciliation task
Taboola’s current help material lists credit card payments and, where the billing arrangement and region allow, wire transfer, ACH, SEPA or check. The same help resource documents an approximate regional card-processing fee range. Because payment methods, fees, approval requirements and terms can vary by account and location, verify the current position directly in the accepted payment methods guidance before funding or changing a payment method.
Do not assume that a card charge, an account balance and reported spend are the same figure. Billing mode may involve prepaid funding, invoicing, credit limits or another account-specific arrangement. A charge can also be recent while the dashboard balance, reporting period or campaign delivery state has not yet been interpreted correctly. Taboola’s advertiser terms describe campaign and analytics functions, but individual contracts and regional terms govern the account in front of you: https://policies.taboola.com/terms-and-conditions/.
Read conversion columns with the right denominator
Taboola’s conversion reporting help explains campaign columns such as conversions, CVR, CPA and conversion value. In practical terms, conversions are the recorded conversion events; CVR expresses conversions relative to the reporting denominator used by the platform; CPA relates spend to recorded conversions; and conversion value assigns the values passed with those events. Confirm the event configuration and attribution context in the account before comparing one report with another: https://www.taboola.com/help/en/articles/3878116-tracking-and-reporting-conversions.
Platform conversions are not automatically qualified leads, completed sales or retained revenue. A dashboard may count a form submission while the CRM later marks it as duplicate, unreachable, refunded, outside the target market or never paid. Conversely, a sale may be present in a CRM export but absent from Taboola if the pixel or server-to-server event did not fire, the identifier was lost or the conversion definition differs. Use the dashboard to measure the configured event, then use downstream systems to judge business quality.
Build a five-part dashboard reconciliation
Before increasing a budget, write a short reconciliation worksheet for the same account, date range and timezone. The aim is not to force every number to match immediately; it is to identify which handoff creates the difference.
Taboola spend: Record the platform-reported spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA and conversion value, including the exact reporting window.
Payment charge: Match the card, bank or invoice record to the relevant billing period and note taxes, processing fees, credits, refunds or pending entries where applicable.
Available or prepaid balance: Record the balance shown by the account and whether it represents available funds, an unallocated top-up, a credit limit or another billing state.
Click IDs and events: Preserve click identifiers or equivalent tracking parameters, then compare pixel and server-to-server event counts, timestamps, deduplication behavior and missing-event logs.
CRM sales and refunds: Reconcile accepted leads, qualified opportunities, completed orders, cancellations, refunds and revenue using the same campaign and attribution rules.
A hypothetical example illustrates the method: if the dashboard reports 100 conversions but the CRM shows 62 reachable leads, the immediate question is not whether the dashboard is wrong. Check the conversion definition, duplicate handling, lead-status timing and date timezone. If the CRM shows 12 paid orders but Taboola reports zero conversion value, inspect the event payload and value mapping before changing bids. Keep the example diagnostic, not predictive; there is no universal acceptable gap without knowing the funnel and measurement design.
Clicks are a starting signal, not a sales verdict
A July-August 2026 Reddit discussion about possible bot traffic contains allegations, disagreement and individual experiences. It is anecdotal, not proof that Taboola traffic is fraudulent or that every account has the same issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/PPC/comments/1uyprda/does_taboola_give_you_bot_traffic_unless_you/. The useful lesson is narrower: a click count alone cannot establish traffic quality.
Check landing-page sessions, engagement, click identifiers, duplicate patterns, placement or source breakdowns where available, lead validation, sales acceptance and refund behavior. Investigate tracking and qualification before making a platform-wide conclusion. If the specific symptom is a healthy-looking click count with no business result, use the Taboola clicks-but-no-conversions guide as a separate diagnostic layer. An agency account can help organize access and funding requests; it cannot cure weak creative, poor landing-page fit, learning limitations or low lead quality.
Prepare a useful support request
Support can investigate an account-specific state only when the report identifies the object and timeframe. Include the account ID, campaign ID, user email or SSO identity, date range, timezone, billing mode, conversion definition, relevant status message, payment reference and a concise description of the discrepancy. Attach evidence carefully and redact secrets, full payment credentials and unrelated customer data.
Harris Eugene’s operator note: Never troubleshoot from a screenshot alone. Use it as visual context, then record the account ID, campaign ID, date range, timezone, billing mode and exact conversion definition in the case notes so another operator can reproduce the issue.
If the problem involves a suspected unauthorized login, stop sharing credentials, secure the relevant identity provider and use the official support route. If it involves billing, preserve the invoice or bank reference and ask which balance or charge the platform is identifying. If it involves reporting, provide the event name and payload logic rather than only saying that sales are missing.

Questions from recent advertiser discussions
What is the official Taboola dashboard login?
Use the official authentication endpoint at https://authentication.taboola.com/authentication/login. Verify the domain yourself and avoid credentials entered through unsolicited links. If the page redirects through an approved SSO process, confirm that the identity and advertiser workspace are the expected ones.
Why can I log in but not see the expected Taboola account?
Successful authentication does not guarantee permission for every advertiser, agency workspace, billing profile or campaign. Ask the account administrator to confirm your user scope and account assignment. Also check whether you are viewing the correct region or account before treating missing objects as an account-status problem.
What should I do about a Taboola billing or card issue?
Record the account ID, billing mode, payment reference, date and exact message. Compare the charge with the dashboard’s available or prepaid balance and reported spend. Review Taboola’s current accepted-payment guidance for eligible methods and regional fees, then use the official account support path for account-specific payment holds or failures.
Why does the Taboola dashboard show clicks but no sales?
Separate click measurement from conversion tracking and sales qualification. Check click IDs, pixel or server-to-server events, conversion definitions, timezones, deduplication, CRM lead status, completed orders and refunds. A dashboard click count is not proof of qualified demand, while missing dashboard conversions do not by themselves prove that no sales occurred.
Sources and scope
Official documentation defines platform behavior. Recent community discussions are used only to illustrate reported symptoms and questions; they do not prove the cause of an individual account outcome.
Official Taboola sign-in — Official authentication endpoint available at research time. Users should verify the domain and use support for account-specific access issues.
Taboola accepted payment methods — Current help lists card and, for eligible billing arrangements, wire, ACH, SEPA or check. It also documents an approximate regional card processing fee range; terms vary and should be rechecked.
Taboola conversion reporting — Current help explains conversion types and campaign columns including conversions, CVR, CPA and conversion value. Platform metrics do not replace CRM qualification and refund data.
Taboola US advertiser terms — September 2025 terms describe the campaign wizard/analytics dashboard and campaign details. Contract and region-specific terms govern individual accounts.
Recent Taboola traffic-quality discussion — July-August 2026 discussion contains allegations and conflicting experiences. It supports measuring downstream quality, not a finding that all traffic is invalid.
